Delivery is free on orders above ₹5,000. Below that a flat ₹250 applies, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Timelines
Most orders leave the workshop within two to four working days and reach you in seven to twelve days overall. Made-to-order sofa sets and custom pieces take longer; we tell you the timeline when we confirm.

Coverage
We deliver across India. Remote pincodes may add a few days and, occasionally, a surcharge that we agree with you in advance.

Before delivery
The courier or our transport partner will call the number on the order. Please keep it reachable — undelivered cane furniture is expensive to return to the workshop.

On delivery
Open and inspect the item while the delivery person is present. Damage must be reported the same day.
