What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus your order history. Nothing more than what is needed to take an order, deliver it, and help you afterwards.

Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.

Payment information
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. We do not collect, store or process card numbers or bank details on this site.

Who we share it with
Only the courier or transport company carrying your order, and only the details they need to deliver it. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and an optional cookie if you tick "keep me signed in". We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices
Write to supermatecanefurniture@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you. We will confirm your identity first, then act on it.

Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
