Cancel free of charge from My Orders in your account, or by calling us. Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order that is cancelled before it ships.

After dispatch
Once a piece is on a transport vehicle we cannot recall it. Refuse the delivery, or accept it and contact us the same day.

Made-to-order items
Custom pieces can be cancelled while they are still in the queue. Once weaving has begun we may not be able to cancel, and will tell you where your item stands.

Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order for a stock or pricing problem. You will be told the reason and charged nothing.
